Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Izzy B. Tween Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Izzy B Tween Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
